Mirliton Casserole

9 to 10 medium mirlitons
1 lb. small Shrimp
1 lb. Crab Meat
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Bread crumbs
3 medium onions, chopped
2 pods garlic, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped

Boil mirlitons, cook and peel. Saute mirliton meat, chopped peppers, onions, celery, garlic and Shrimp on top of stove for 20 minutes. Add to Crab Meat mixed with parsley, bread crumbs and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Serve immediately.
