Oyster Rockerfeller Casserole

2 dozen Oysters
4 green onion tops
1 large celery stalk and tops
1 tsp. Tarragon vinegar
4 to 5 sprigs parsley
4 rolled anchovies
1 package chopped spinach, cooked with no salt & drained
1 stick oleo or butter, melted
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Parmesan cheese


Mix melted butter and seasonings. Add to spinach, mix well and add crumbs. Place Oysters in casserole, add spinach mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
