Pantry Shelf Chinese Casserole

2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup whole cashews
1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
1/4 cup minced onion, fried
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 pepper, chopped (red or green)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can chow mein noodles

Drain Tuna. Mix everything except noodles. Put mixture in casserole. Top with noodles. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for about 40 minutes.

Serves 5 or 6
