Port Royal Shrimp and Wild Rice Casserole

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
3 lb. Shrimp, frozen may be used
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 Tbsp. juice
1/2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 package Uncle Ben's wild rice

Saute pepper and onions in margarine or butter. Add Shrimp and saute until pink. Combine rest of ingredients. Cook rice as directions on box. Mix with Shrimp and other ingredients. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8
