Quick Casserole

1 (12 oz.) package your favorite pasta (except spaghetti)
2 cups milk
1 can Tuna
1 can mushrooms (or fresh, 1 cup)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 onion

Chop onion. In saute pan saute mushrooms and onion in 1 tablespoon of low fat margarine until onion is limp.

Boil pasta until cooked.

In bowl, mix cooked pasta, Tuna, cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms and onions. When this is well mixed, add 1 cup Cheddar cheese slowly (so it doesn't clump). Add milk and mix evenly.

Put in casserole dish; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake about 1/2 an hour at 350 F.
