Sausage-bean Casserole

1 lb Pork sausage
1 Green pepper, cut into 1" pieces
16 oz Can lima beans, undrained
16 oz Can whole tomatoes, undrained
1/2 c Quick-cooking rice
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Molasses
1 ts Prepared mustard


Crumble sausage into a 2 qt microwave-safe casserole. Add green pepper. Microwave (high), uncovered, for 6 to 7 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink, stirring once. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (high) for 8 to 10 minutes or until boiling hot, stirring once.
