Seafood Casserole

1 lb. bag frozen small cooked Shrimp, thawed and drained
1 cup Crab Meat, drained
1 cup bread crumbs, softened with
1 cup light cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
6 finely chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. finely grated onion
Extra bread crumbs for topping


Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and paprika; dot with butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
