Seafood Casserole

1 lb. cooked and cleaned Shrimp
1/2 lb. Crab or 1 can Crab
1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup rice (cooked)
1/3 cup chopped green pepper

Mix all; put in 9x13 Pyrex dish. Top with buttered crumbs and sliced almonds. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 20 minutes.
