Seafood Casserole

1 lb. Lobster or Crab Meat, cut in pieces
1 lb. large Scallops, cut in pieces
1 cup margarine, melted
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1 cup medium cream
1/4 cup Sauterne or white wine, optional
Add 1/4 cup more cream if wine is omitted


Grease casserole dish. Melt margarine. Add all the crumbs. Put cream in a small bowl and add wine. In another bowl, mix Lobster or Crab and Scallops together. Sprinkle 1/3 crumbs in casserole dish. Add 1/2 of the seafood mixture and top with 1/2 of the cream and wine. Repeat process again, ending with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 3/4 hours.
