Seafood Casserole

1 lb. raw Shrimp
2 cans Crab Meat
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
2 cups instant rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Season all
Bread crumbs


Add 4 tablespoons margarine in a pot. Combine Shrimp, Crab Meat, onion and bell pepper. Saute on stove until onion and pepper is tender. Set aside to cool.


In a bowl combine: mayonnaise, milk, rice and Worcestershire sauce. Season with Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. Combine Shrimp mixture with rice mixture. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover top with bread crumbs. Bake in oven 350 F for 40 minutes.
