Seafood Casserole

1 lb. Scallops, sliced
1 can deveined Shrimp or fresh
1/2 lb. Crab Meat
1 1/2 to 2 cups soda crackers, crushed
1-2 cups bread, broken into pieces
1 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 cups cream, mixed with 1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter, cooled


Combine seafoods. Mix crackers and bread crumbs. Place alternate layers of seafood, crumbs, and cheese in buttered 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish, having crumbs and cheese on top. Add salt and pepper. Pour cream and butter over top. Bake, covered, at 350 F for 50- 60 minutes.
