Seafood Casserole

1 lb. Shrimp (frozen or fresh)
1 lb. Crab Meat (frozen or fresh)
2-3 Tbsp. flour
2-3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1/4 cup cooking wine, optional
1 cup bread crumbs

Saute Shrimp and Crab Meat in melted butter for 5 minutes. Mix cream and milk together and add to sauteed seafood alternating with flour. Stir over low heat until slightly thickened. If using wine add at this time. Transfer seafood mixture into casserole dish lightly coated with Crisco. Add bread crumbs to top and bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
