Seafood Casserole

1 lb. Shrimp, sauteed in garlic butter
8 oz. Crab delights, cut in small pieces
1 can quartered artichokes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced mushrooms
3 cups cooked rice
2 dashes Tabasco
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup light cream


Saute onion and celery until just wilted. Lightly saute Shrimp. Mix mayonnaise, cream, sherry, Worcestershire and seasonings. Mix all. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
