Seafood Casserole

1 lb. Shrimp
1 lb. Scallops
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 package Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter


Heat butter and place in shallow casserole dish. Spread fish in layer over butter. Season with garlic, oregano, paprika and sprinkle cheese on top. Crush crackers and combine with melted butter and sprinkle on top of seafood mixture. Place in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with rice pilaf. Very tasty - great for company.
