Seafood Casserole

1 package Ritz crackers, crushed (individual package)
1 pint all purpose cream
1 (11 oz.) can Lobster Meat (Shrimp or Langostenos may be used)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Combine all ingredients but reserve enough cracker crumbs for top. Bake in greased casserole uncovered at 350 F for 3/4 of an hour. Serve with rice.
