Seafood Casserole

1 stick oleo
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups celery, diced
1/2 cup flour
2 cans chicken broth
1 pint milk
1 small can mushrooms
1 can Lobster or sealegs
1 can Crab Meat
1 can Shrimp
Grated cheese

Melt oleo and flour to make a smooth paste. Add milk and broth, then all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it begins to thicken, place in a baking dish. Top with cheese and bake. This may be poured over cooked rice instead of being used as a casserole dish. Bake at 300 F for 45 minutes.
