Seafood Casserole

2-4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 large onion, chopped fine
1 cup milk
1 cup half & half
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1 cup cooked seafood
1 cup raw Scallops


Simmer onions until very tender but not browned in margarine or butter. Add raw Scallops. Simmer in covered pan until cooked, about 15 minutes. Remove onions and Scallops. Thicken liquid with flour. Add milk, half & half, salt and sherry. Return Scallops and onions. Add other seafood (Lobster, Crab Meat, Shrimp, etc.) Heat all. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve over noodles or rice.
