Seafood Casserole

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 cup sliced, stuffed green olives
1 (12 oz.) package frozen Scallops, thawed
1 cup cleaned, cooked Shrimps
1 (5 oz.) can Lobster, drained


Saute' onion in butter 3 minutes. Add flour, cayenne and blend. Add milk and cook until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 325 F.
