Seafood Casserole

Margarine or butter
1/2 lb. Scallops
1/2 lb. Shrimp
1 lb. Haddock
Small onion
Ritz crackers
Cream of Shrimp soup
Garlic salt

Spread a couple pats of butter (margarine) on the bottom of a casserole dish. Then add 1/2 pound Scallops on top of the butter. Layer 1/2 pound Shrimp on top of the Scallops, followed by a layer of Haddock (1 pound). Spread a can of cream of Shrimp soup over the seafood. Sprinkle with pepper.

Saute a small onion in margarine. Add crushed Ritz crackers to the margarine. Add a sprinkle of garlic salt to the butter and crackers. Spread the cracker mixture over the casserole. Sprinkle the top with paprika. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
