Seafood chicken Casserole

1 cup Scallops, cook in salted water 5 minutes, drain, save liquid
1 cup Lobster, cleaned and cooked
1 cup Shrimp, cleaned and cooked
2 cups chicken, cleaned and cooked
1 cup mushrooms sauteed in 1/2 stick butter with 1/2 medium chopped onion
3 Tbsp. green pepper
3 Tbsp. pimento pepper


When mushrooms are done, add: 2 cups stock from Scallops (if not enough, add milk)


Cook until thick, then add: 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
