Yum Yum Casserole

1 Box; (5 oz.) long grain or wild rice, cooked
1 lb Broccoli; steamed
3 c Cooked chicken or ham
2 c Shredded cheese; Cheddar or mozzarella
2 c Fresh or canned mushrooms
1 c Mayonnaise
1 cn Cream of celery soup
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Curry powder
1 c Crushed croutons
2 tb Butter
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese


Spray coat a 9 by 13-inch pan. Layer rice, broccoli, meat, cheese and mushrooms into pan.

Combine soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry. Pour over layers. Combine crushed croutons and butter. Top the layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Bake in 350 degree F. Oven for 30 minutes.
