Burger Casserole

1 lb Lean beef; ground, less then 15% fat,
1/2 lb Noodles
1 c Frozen corn; thawed
1 Carrot; sliced thin
Salt and pepper; to taste
1/2 Onion; chopped fine

Cook noodles in boiling water till al dente. Drain and run under cool water so that they stay separate. Set aside.

Brown the ground beef. Brown the onion. Add the thawed corn, carrot, and salt and pepper to skillet. After the carrots have cooked to a tenderness that you prefer, add the noodles. Stir to mix all well and heat through.

You can pretty much toss whatever you want into this. It is one of those quick and easy meals that you just use up all your left overs on if you want.
