Broccoli Rice Casserole

1/2 c Chopped onion
2 tb Butter or margarine; divided
2 c Hot cooked Minute Preium Long Grain Rice
1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom soup; (10 3/4 ounces)
1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli (10 ounces); cooked and drained
1 Jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese; (8 ounces)
1/2 c Fresh bread cubes

COOK AND STIR onion in 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet over medium heat until tender Add rice, soup, broccoli and Cheez Whiz; stir

SPOON into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter and toss with bread cubes; sprinkle over casserole.

BAKE at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings

To Make Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking; cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 50 to 55 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
