Salmon Casserole

1 lb. can Salmon, flaked
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and put into a greased casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
