Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 package wild rice (7 1/2 cups)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. sherry as desired
1 lb. Crab Meat
1 lb. Shrimp
1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese

Cook rice as directed. Mix all other ingredients except cheese and pour over rice.

Top with grated cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.

1 pint of fresh Oysters can be substituted.
