Egg Casserole

3 c. cooked diced ham
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. cubed French bread crouton size
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. dried mustard
4 eggs
3 c. milk

Lightly grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Layer ham, cheese and bread. Drizzle melted butter over top. Beat eggs then add milk and stir. Pour over top of casserole. Can be made the night before and refrigerate. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
