Egg Brunch Casserole

2 c. plain croutons
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar
4 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash pepper
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


In bottom of greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch dish, combine croutons and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder, and pepper. Pour over croutons. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Serves 6. NOTE - May be prepared in evening and baked next morning.
