Pork and Beans Casserole

1 pound ground turkey
1 onion
32 ounces baked beans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Chop onion. Cook turkey until it changes color; breaking apart with a fork (about 3 minutes). Add onion and heat thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and heat until mixture begins to simmer. Put in a 2-quart casserole; cover. Bake in 350F. oven 30 minutes. Serves 6. Freezes well.
