Elbow Noodles Casserole

1/2 pound Ground Turkey Breast
1 onion -- chopped
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni -- cooked and drained
1 can stewed red ripe tomatoes -- (10 3/4 ounce)
1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
2 ounces canned mushrooms
4 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese -- shredded


Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until bubbly.
