Baked Bean Sausage Casserole

1 10 oz. pkg frozen lima beans
3 1 lb. cans baked beans
2 1 lb. cans kidney beans -- drained
1 pound pork link sausage -- 1/2
1/2 pound smoked ham -- cut in 1/2" cubes
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 medium onion -- chopped

Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400F for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.

Serves 25 at buffet.
