Egg Casserole

6 slices bread
1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 lb. Cracker Barrell cheese
1/4 c. melted butter (optional)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown sausage, break into bite sized pieces. Cut cheese similarly. Put into greased casserole. Add butter and eggs, mustard, salt and milk. LEAVE OVERNIGHT. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
