Vegetable Casserole

1 Cup Asparagus -- Chopped
1 Cup broccoli florets
1 Cup carrots
1 Cup spinach
vegetable cooking spray
11 Ounces 98% fat-free cream of mushroom -- canned
2 Tablespoons onions -- finely chopped
1 Teaspoon thyme
1/2 Cup water
Salt And Pepper -- to taste


Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish covered with vegetable cooking spray. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Cover. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
