Ham and Lima Bean Casserole

1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 c Frozen baby lima beans; thaw
3/4 c Green pepper; finely chopped
1/3 c Onion; chopped
1 1/4 c Extra-lean ham
1 1/4 c Shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 t Worcestershire sauce
14 3/4 oz Can no-salt-added cream-style corn
Cooking spray
6 T Skim milk
2 T Green onions; chopped
3/4 c Low-fat biscuit mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Boil water, add beans peppers and onion. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Drain. Combine bean mixture, ham, chese, Worcestershire and corn and spoon into a 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Combine milk and green onions and stir in biscuit mix. Drop on ham mixture to form 6 biscuits. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes--until golden.

May be assembled ahead of time without biscuit topping. Top when ready to bake.
