Wild Rice Casserole

1 cup wild rice -- (washed under cold water)
3 cups nonfat chicken broth -- (or veggie) HOT
3 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp bell pepper (red/green and/or yellow)
saute liquid of choice
parsley and/or cilantro for garnish

saute onions & peppers add rice & blend transfer all to casserole dish & add broth cover & bake at 350degrees for 45minutes (or until broth has absorbed)
