Vegetable Casserole

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drain (do not over cook)
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. margarine

Mix mayonnaise, celery, onion and cheese together. Spread cooked vegetables in bottom of a casserole dish. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of vegetables, then add cracker crumbs. Dot margarine on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
