Sausage and Egg Casserole

6 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese grated
2 c Milk
1 ts Dry mustard
6 Slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
1 lb Sausage--crumbled, fried and drained
1 ts Salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8-10.
