Salmon and Corn Casserole

2 Eggs
1/2 c Half-and-half
1 t Onion -- instant minced
1/8 t Pepper
1 cn Corn -- whole kernel(12oz)
1 cn Salmon -- drained(7.75oz)
3 oz Cheddar cheese -- shredded


Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl; add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree F. oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm.
